How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your address and choose cash on delivery or Bangla QR.

Which branch will my order come from?

The branch nearest to you. You can see and change it at the top of the shop.

How long does delivery take?

Usually the same day. See the delivery information page for details.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. You can also pay with any bank or mobile-banking app using Bangla QR.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it is packed. Call us at our hotline as soon as possible.

What if an item is damaged or missing?

Tell the rider or call us within 24 hours. We will replace it or refund you. See our return policy.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your past orders and reorder quickly.
