By using the Sodaiora website or app and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

• An order is confirmed when our branch confirms it. We may call you to check the details.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or we cannot reach you. If you already paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and products

• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where it applies.
• Prices and offers can change without notice and can differ by branch. You pay the price shown when you place the order.
• Product photos are for reference; packaging can differ.
• Loose items (vegetables, fish, meat) are weighed at packing, so the final amount can differ slightly from what you ordered.

Delivery

• We deliver to the areas listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.
• Please check your items when they arrive and tell the rider about any problem right away.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery or with Bangla QR where available. Orders paid by Bangla QR are processed after we confirm the payment.

Accounts

Keep your password safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
